First, I truly take pleasure in making poor decisions so I went out last night. No regrets, life is short as well as I do so lots of races if I didn’t drink on race weekend I’d be relegated to drink only on Monday with Thursdays as well as that’s unacceptable.

Irvine half Marathon
The race is actually 8 miles from my house. Perfeição! as well as it doesn’t begin up until 8am. perfection x1000 – particularly since I went out late last night.
My legs were incredibly worn out since I ran the Camarillo Marathon last weekend as well as ran 12 yesterday. The goal today was just to run a bit quicker than I would if I had a solo training run.
It really started sprinkling during the race. Ha!
I was so pleased I was not running a full marathon today! I requirement some rest.
